John, thanks for the plug. It does look like we’re off for Santa Barbara. I couldn’t believe it. Someone told me it was because the speakers found it too expensive at the Doubletree. Don’t know if it’s true or not.

Sad state of affairs. The Doubletree simply cost too much. No way to make a profit–and nowhere else in SB big enough.
